Fun Friday

Cooling off

It has been a very busy "work" week here at the house so today was declared fun Friday. 

We did have to run to two craft stores before our fun began. The kids didn't mind too much as they were able to choose a kid's craft to make next week while I work on several projects here at home. 

After eating lunch, we headed over to our neighbor Lucille's house to go swimming.  We have been able to go over there and enjoy the pool and Lucille and her youngest son, Anthony's, company several times this summer.

Emily and Matt love being in the water and today even I even went in the pool! 

The kids had a great time playing, relaxing and eating ice pops too!

We are so thankful that Lucille's family opened up their pool to us this summer. It has been a hot summer and with the kids not in camp this year it is a great diversion.
