I've been doing really well using my Pinterest recipe board lately. Tonight, I made a chicken dish called "Man-Pleasing Chicken" and a side of "Zucchini Tots".
I can't attest to the chicken being "man pleasing" (Dave hasn't gotten home from work yet to give me the "man" review) but I can say it was family pleasing. Matt had two helping of the chicken but he wasn't so thrilled with the zucchini bites. Emily liked both. The chicken actually reminded me of the dish "Maple Mustard Chicken" Dave and I use to order on our trips to the restaurant "Bentley's" in Woodstock, VT.
The chicken I would definitely recommend and the recipe can be found at witty in the city.
As for the zucchini tots, I really enjoyed them but you have to like zucchini in order to want to eat them. They can be found at skinnytaste. Enjoy!!
