Pumpkin Overload

By now, you have to know how serious I am about pumpkin coffee creamer.  It is one of my most sought after items when the fall season comes.

This year it seemed like FOREVER for the manufacturer's to get their pumpkin creamer production up, out and stocked on the food store shelves. A few weeks ago, my good friend, Rebekah, gifted me with her find of International Delights pumpkin spice creamer. She knows me well in that she got me the big bottle.  

Within this last week, I've been able to locate other manufacturer's, Coffee Mate and Bailey's, pumpkin creamer.  Yes, it may seem a little overboard but now you know just how serious I am about my pumpkin coffee creamer.  

Oh and while I found these I also found my secondary Christmas season coffee creamer, eggnog.  Thank goodness I won't need to be waiting for this one like I did the pumpkin. Happy coffee drinking to all!  

Yummy Goodness!!!

It took far too long but finally pumpkin coffee creamer has hit a food store cooler here in Northern NJ.  

I've been on a quest for it for several weeks now and even one day (a bad emotional day) when I didn't see it on the shelf, I couldn't decide if I would cry or take my frustration out on the dairy man.  I refrained from both actions. 

My friends have know of my unfulfilled quest. Yesterday I got a text from my good friend Rebekah asking if I was home.  I told her "yes" and she said that she needed to stop by for a minute.  No problem.

Let me tell you there were screams of happiness when I opened the door and there she stood with this large bottle of pumpkin spice coffee creamer. Numerous hugs and thank you's were exchanged. When she left, I immediately made my first cup of coffee with my creamer.  Thank you again Rebekah!  Fall has officially begun in my world.  

Fall is here, but where is it?

I know in past posts I've made you all aware of how much I love the fall season.

In my world when school starts, it initiates the beginning of good things to come.

Already I can indulge in a pumpkin donut and coffee from Dunkin' Donuts.  A trip to Starbucks can yield a pumpkin spice latte. 

Today I found more "fall" finds at the food store and Walmart.  If you have not tried the Thomas' Pumpkin Spice bagels, you must!! They are delicious but I must warn you they are a "limited edition" bagel so once you get hooked they will be taken off the shelf until fall returns next year. My other find was Ziegler's apple cider.  Oh, how I love cider! The smell of cider steeping with mulling spices is a scent I would bottle if I could.  Okay, a candle probably smells like it but you can't drink a candle.  

Now, there is a small "fall" problem. I have searched 3 of my local food stores (Shop N Stop, Shop Rite, and Walmart) for pumpkin flavored coffee creamer without success. "Where or where?" or more like "when oh when?" will Coffee Mate and International Delight get their pumpkin creamer production in action. 

Yes, I know I can get pumpkin flavored coffee beans but I personally like regular coffee with the flavored creamer. I am anxiously awaiting its arrival and will continue to scour the stores until I find it.  After all, once its in stock, I can save money making my coffee at home and that money saved will buy more cider and bagels.  :)
