Chinese Anyone?

Another busy weekend of Jesus Story performances led to on the go or quick meals. Yesterday, after getting home from a 4 p.m. performance, I raided the freezer for Chinese. But not just any Chinese, Trader Joe's Mandarin Orange Chicken - my recommendation for a delicious at home Chinese fix. Looking for quick and yummy....this is the meal. I also love Basmati rice and recently found Uncle Ben's makes a 10 minute version.......reminded me of making Minute Rice for Chicken Chow Mein when I was a kid. 

It was a quick meal but enjoyed by all. If you have a Trader Joe's in your area, this is my purchase recommendation for your next visit.
