We continued our Chinese New Year celebration appropriately by having steamed dumplings, crunchy noodles with duck sauce and Sushi (okay, more Japanese) for dinner. Matt suggested we eat this for dinner after all these are his "favorites". We also ate mini meatloaves - I prepped them for dinner on Saturday but it didn't work that night or yesterday so it made it to the table today.
The best part - Matt took up his post again after dinner washing the dishes. I didn't even have to ask.....he just said "I'm doing the dishes". LOVE that boy!!!
