Originally this meal was suppose to be made for Friday night's dinner but we were invited to celebrate a friend's son's birthday, so it got preempted to last night, Saturday.
This recipe for Sour Cream Noodle Bake comes from the "Pioneer Woman" Ree Drummond. This was so very easy to make and very yummy. My husband said the flavors reminded him of a Hamburger Helper meal but with fresh, unpackaged or processed ingredients. I will definitely make this again. It got a 4 thumbs up rating from our family. Enjoy!!!
