Emily loves going into NYC. She feels that she is a "city girl" and dresses accordingly. Emily is still very much into wearing skirts, so we made the November 1st tights rule - must wear tights or knee socks with all skirts. I love how with Emily every picture turns into a pose. Emily's teacher loves telling me the comments she makes regarding peoples, including the teacher's, outfits - "I love the colors of that scarf" "Your outfit matches perfectly", etc. Ms. Palummierri is sure that Emily's future career will be somewhere in the field of design. She even commented jokingly to Emily that if she becomes a fashion designer to always remember her 1st grade teacher. Emily is our little fashionista - not always matching but that is her style.
